Shipping & Returns

In addition to normal shipping timeframes, processing times may vary from 24 to 48 hours.

We Ship using various carriers; the United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex, and UPS. The weight of a complete package will determine the carrier we will utilize to ship your product/s.

For Any order above $25, your shipping is free; through USPS First Class Mail. The Free Shipping option, assumes a  3 - 8 day delivery time for U.S. Residents, and 1 - 4 Weeks for International Customers (dependent on the Country), as per USPS.com.

Last But Not Least, we only ship from the United States - Los Angeles, California, to be exact.

International Shipping rates for the "Free Option" will remain free. However, if using the USPS Priority Mail option, the shipping charge is valid for U.S. Customers only; and International customers must assume the cost to ship USPS Priority Mail packages Internationally. We will, in every attempt, not charge you extra for this shipping cost, and will ship via first class mail, and compensate your shipping charge with products sold on the site, equivalent to your shipping cost. Furthermore, we are not held liable for international countries' customs duties, and we cannot control each respective countries' varying rates and taxes imposed on your package. We ship packages at a low cost, and in good faith that you will receive them. Prior to making a purchase, you may want to contact your local post to determine rates from the United States of America.

Returns on Eye Products and Accessories

Our apologies, but we do not accept any returns on open eyelash and glue products, due to the possibility of cross contamination of products.

However, if they remain unopened from their respective original packaging (with the tamper seal intact), we will accept the returns.

Return shipping

If your order was placed via the "Free Option," a customer's return shipping must be paid by the customer. Additionally, for customers using the USPS Priority Mail option, a return label via First Class mail will be provided.

Replacements and Exchanges

Replacement and Exchanges are accepted, if items are left unopened.
